You could make up several hundred routines if you wish but poorly planned routines will promote poor shot selection when you play competitive matches, for this reason we have only included routines that are beneficial in Game Plan as well as the other benefits of fitness and control.

Boast - Drop - Drive

Routines are a great way of repetitive training, there are a few important things to remember:

  • Maintain Balance
  • Return to the "T"
  • Have clear targets in mind
  • Control before power
  • Minimize errors
  • You can use Routines as a game scoring a point for every error and swapping positions each error if the routine does not alternate sides.
